Satyam is intended for users seeking personal spiritual growth, community engagement, and access to Dharmic knowledge. You agree to:

• Use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
• Not misuse, abuse, or exploit the app or its content for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
• Respect other users and maintain appropriate conduct in community features.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Providing accurate and truthful information.
• Not impersonating others or submitting false information.

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting support.

All mantras, meditations, texts, and content provided by Satyam are for informational and devotional use only.

User-generated content within Satyam Samaj must adhere to:

• Respectful, inclusive, and spiritual discourse.
• No hate speech, harassment, or discrimination.
• No explicit, violent, or illegal content.
• No spam, advertising, or promotional content without permission.

Some features require a paid subscription (Satyam Plus or Satyam Pro). By subscribing, you agree to:

• Payment processing through Stripe and/or App Store/Google Play.
• Recurring billing until you cancel your subscription.
• Stripe's Terms of Service and payment processing policies.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the respective app store. Refunds are subject to the refund policies of the platform through which you subscribed.

The Satyam app and all associated content, design, logos, and branding are the property of ETERNAL DHARMA Inc. and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.
• Create derivative works based on our app or content.
• Use our branding or logos without written authorization.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.

All spiritual content, including astrology readings, mantras, and meditations, is offered as-is for personal use. We make no guarantees of:

• Specific outcomes or results from using our content.
• Accuracy or completeness of astrological interpretations.
• Therapeutic or healing effects from spiritual practices.

Always consult qualified professionals for medical, legal, or mental health matters.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ETERNAL DHARMA Inc. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the app.
• Any content or information obtained through the app.
• Unauthorized access to your account or data.
• Errors, bugs, or interruptions in service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Satyam if you:

• Violate these Terms of Use.
• Engage in harmful activity on the platform.
• Abuse or harass other users.
• Attempt to circumvent security measures.

Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease. We may retain certain data as required by law.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of North Dakota, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in North Dakota.
